Common use of Visitation Leave Clause in Contracts

Visitation Leave. Upon written request to the principal/supervisor, and with the approval of an Area Superintendent or the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, employees may be granted professional leave to visit other schools for the purpose of observing methods of discipline, class organization, methods of instruction, experimental programs, or other activities related to education/health services. No deduction from salary shall be made for approved visits of this type. (2001)
