Visitor Obligations. The Visitor will be responsible for all payments and for any damage, whether caused by the Visitor or his or her party and shall make his or her party fully aware of these Terms and Conditions. The Visitor agrees to keep and leave the accommodation and its contents in the same state of repair and condition, and in a clean and tidy state as at the commencement of the booking period (reasonable wear and tear excepted). The Visitor must allow Larchfield Estate and/or its agents to enter the accommodation to inspect the state of it, on reasonable notice, except in emergency when immediate access must be granted. The Visitor must not use the accommodation or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities or carry on there any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to Larchfield Estate or to any neighbours. The Visitor and his or her party must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the accommodation of which the Visitor has written notice. Such regulations will be found in the welcome folder in the accommodation, typical examples would include any local conditions regarding parking, access to surrounding areas, waste disposal and recycling. Due care and attention to be taken at all times with open camp fires (please use fire pit), barbeques, wood burning stoves and open fires within the properties. Please do not ever leave any fires unattended. Please use only wood in the stove / open fires. No rubbish to be burned in wood burning stove, open fire or fire pit. Please ensure that any fires / the stove are extinguished properly prior to check out. No litter is to be left anywhere on the Larchfield Estate site other than the bins provided. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the accommodation and the Visitor and any member of his or her party agrees not to smoke inside the accommodation. The use of candles or fireworks by the Visitor or his or her party at the accommodation is not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing with Larchfield Estate. Use of barbecues is not permitted at any time without prior permission with the exception of Rose Cottage patio area, Glamping Truck grass area and No.23 patio area only. It is the responsibility of The Visitor to ensure the cottage or room is always locked and secure when they are not within the room or cottage. The Visitor will be liable for any damage or theft that occurs if the cottage or room is left unlocked and theft occurs.
Visitor Obligations. 10.1 The Visitor undertakes to keep the Accommodation and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the booking period (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and shall pay to Clearvewe the value of any part of the Accommodation, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its previous condition. Breakages and damage must be reported as soon as possible.
Visitor Obligations. The Visitor agrees to notify Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Cottage of any change of the information provided on the Booking Request such as home address, contact telephone numbers and email address. The Visitor undertakes to keep the Accommodation and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the Holiday period (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and shall pay to Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Cottage the value of any part of the Accommodation, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its previous condition. Breakages and damage must be reported as soon as possible. An up-to-date Inventory is included in the Guest Information Folder, which lists each item contained in Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Cottage. The Visitor must allow Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Cottage and/or its agents entry to the Accommodation to inspect the state of it, on prior appointment, save in the event of an emergency, when immediate access must be granted. The Visitor must not use the Accommodation or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities, or carry on there any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to Windhill Farm or to any neighbours or pedestrians using the public footpaths. The Visitor and his or her party must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the Accommodation of which the Visitor has written notice. Such regulations can be found in the Guest Information Folder in the Accommodation. The Visitor and his or her party must not do anything, or permit anything to be done, that would, or may result in the insurance of the Accommodation becoming void or voidable or the premium on it being increased.

  • Developer Obligations In accordance with applicable NYISO requirements, Developer shall maintain satisfactory operating communications with Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Developer shall provide standard voice line, dedicated voice line and facsimile communications at its Large Generating Facility control room or central dispatch facility through use of either the public telephone system, or a voice communications system that does not rely on the public telephone system. Developer shall also provide the dedicated data circuit(s) necessary to provide Developer data to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO as set forth in Appendix D hereto. The data circuit(s) shall extend from the Large Generating Facility to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Any required maintenance of such communications equipment shall be performed by Developer. Operational communications shall be activated and maintained under, but not be limited to, the following events: system paralleling or separation, scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, equipment clearances, and hourly and daily load data.

  • Sub-processor Obligations MailChimp shall: (i) enter into a written agreement with the Sub-processor imposing data protection terms that require the Sub-processor to protect the Customer Data to the standard required by Data Protection Laws; and (ii) remain responsible for its compliance with the obligations of this DPA and for any acts or omissions of the Sub-processor that cause MailChimp to breach any of its obligations under this DPA.
