Voice Connectivity. The Service Provider shall receive calls in support of the Services on Service Provider-paid, toll- free lines (and toll-free TTY and facsimile) and will provide a front end IVR for the Covered Population’s use. The Service Provider shall assign to the Department the right to use certain toll-free telephone numbers. Upon the expiration or termination of the Contract, the Department shall be authorized and have the right to continue use of such toll-free telephone numbers. The intent is for the State to continually use the existing toll-free telephone lines to minimize User confusion, additional communication efforts, and system changes (e.g., letters with the existing toll-free telephone lines in the header).

Voice Connectivity. As part of the Service, CenturyLink provides voice connectity, which includes connectivity to the Public Switched Telephone Network (“PSTN”), that allows inbound and outbound telephone calls for the Cisco Webex Calling component. (i) Local, Domestic Long Distance, 8XX and On-Net Calls. Local calls, U.S. outbound domestic long distance, 8XX outbound calls, and On-Net Calls are included in the Service MRCs. An On-Net Call means calls between the Service and any of the following CenturyLink services: CenturyLink UCaaS SIP Trunk, UCaaS Hosted PBX, Hosted VoIP, IQ SIP Trunk, Managed Office, Managed Office Essentials SIP Trunk (Sonus platform), Managed VoIP, Analog VoIP, Digital VoIP, Cisco Webex Calling delivered by CenturyLink or Integrated Access, and that are transmitted through the Service entirely over the CenturyLink IP network and not the PSTN or another carrier’s IP network. Inbound domestic toll free is not provided as part of the Service.

Voice Connectivity. RAF is looking for a Telecommunications service provider with the capability to port and/or support all existing PRIs, Analogue lines and Smart Access numbers. RAF requires a reliable, professional and an accredited service provider that has a reliable voice infrastructure to port and support the existing number range on E1- PRIs for Regional Offices, Analogue lines for HSCs and Smart Access Number services.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Help Desk A help desk for Product support issues (the “Help Desk”) will be available to Customer. Unless specified in an Order, Customer should contact 000.000.0000 to receive a telephone number for the applicable supporting Solutions & Support Center. Customer will appoint one Product administrator and one backup administrator to serve as the primary point of contact regarding maintenance services.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union. All connections shall be made by the Contractor and accomplished in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements. Electrically operated equipment shall be available in the following volts and phases: 208 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 220 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 440 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ

  • NETWORK INTERCONNECTION METHODS 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
