Common use of Voluntary Part-time Benefits Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Part-time Benefits. (a) The Hospital agrees to provide regular part-time nurses with the option of participating in the group health and welfare benefit programs set out in Article 17 of the central agreement, with the exception of Group Life Insurance, Group AD&D and Long Term Disability, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan and any enrolment requirements. It is understood and agreed that participating regular part-time nurses will pay the full amount (100%) of the monthly premiums, plus applicable taxes.
