Common use of Voluntary Political Contributions Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Political Contributions. Any deductions for political contributions subject to RCW 42.17A.495 shall be separately authorized in writing by the employee on forms that comply with WAC 000-00-000, and be revocable by the employee at any time. The Association shall provide all employees annual notice of their rights regarding payroll deductions for political contributions under WAC 000-00-000. Each year, the Association shall send the District a list of the names of Association members who have authorized payroll deductions.
