Common use of Voluntary Retirement Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Retirement. The Trust Manager may, subject to clause 20.5, resign on giving to the Trustee (with a copy to the Designated Rating Agency) not less than 3 months' notice in writing (or such other period as the Trust Manager and the Trustee may agree) of its intention to do so.

Voluntary Retirement. The Trust Manager Trustee may, subject to clause 20.524.5, resign on giving to the Trustee Trust Manager (with a copy to the Designated Rating Agency) not less than 3 months' notice in writing (or such other period as the Trust Manager and the Trustee may agree) of its intention to do so.
