Common use of Voluntary Retirement Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Retirement. The Trustee may, subject to clause 24.5, resign on giving to the Trust Manager (with a copy to the Designated Rating Agency) not less than 3 months' notice in writing (or such other period as the Trust Manager and the Trustee may agree) of its intention to do so.

Voluntary Retirement. The Trustee Trust Manager may, subject to clause 24.520.5, resign on giving to the Trust Manager Trustee (with a copy to the Designated Rating Agency) not less than 3 months' notice in writing (or such other period as the Trust Manager and the Trustee may agree) of its intention to do so.
