Volunteer Assistance. The Union recognizes the need for and agrees to the use of volunteer assistance during peak load periods. Under no circumstances will this result in a reduction of the regular hours of work, or layoff, or termination, of Employees covered by this Agreement. Volunteers will not perform confidential duties or perform casework.
