Basic wage rate definition

Basic wage rate means the wage rate in effect on January 1, 1996.
Basic wage rate means an hourly rate which is sixty-seven-percent (67%) of the regular hourly bill rate provided that the minimum basic wage rate paid under this Agreement shall be no less than the rate described in Article 25.02 below;

  • When employees are working on their scheduled days of rest or on paid holidays, their rate of pay will be three (3) times the Basic Wage Rate, for all hours or part hours spent working below ground, in an underground mine.
