WAGES FOR REDUNDANCY. An eligible employee whose employment is terminated by reason of redundancy will have severance payments made on the “weekly ratefor the employee’s classification rate of pay (under the enterprise agreement in force at the time) as at the date of the redundancy. An eligible employee engaged on differential rates between the crushing season and non-crush season will have severance payments made on the rate they are receiving as at the time of redundancy: Provided that, an eligible employee engaged on differential rates between the crushing season and non- crush season who works the entire season prior to their redundancy will have severance payments made on their crushing season or higher rate. This does not extend to an eligible employee engaged under two or more classes of work immediately prior to redundancy.

  • Redundancy The company is, and will remain during the life of this Agreement, a participating employer in the Redundancy Payment Central Fund Ltd (Incolink) and all employees will be enrolled in the Fund and be entitled to redundancy benefits in accordance with the terms of the Deed.
