Waiving Right to Return to Former Position(s). An eligible employee may at any time waive their right to return to any former position in accordance with this Clause 19.08, without penalty or prejudice, in which event such Employee shall maintain his or current position and work location or layoff status, as the case may be.

  • Return to Former Position (a) An employee who has had at least 12 months' continuous service with an employer immediately before commencing part-time employment after the birth or placement of a child has, at the expiration of the period of such part-time employment or the first period, if there is more than one, the right to return to his or her former position.

  • Right to Return A promoted employee shall have the right to return to his/her previous position provided that he/she notifies his/her Department Head and the Secretary of the Civil Service Board of his/her intention to do so within 60 calendar days of the date the employee commences work in the promoted position.

Lender may require that Borrower pay such reinstatement sums and expenses in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (a) cash; (b) money order; (c) certified check, bank check, treasurer’s check or cashier’s check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a federal agency, instrumentality or entity; or (d)

  • Failure to Return to Work If, upon the expiration of FMLA or CFRA Leave, or any District approved extension thereof including General Leave, an employee fails to return to work and no additional leave has been authorized, the employee shall be considered to have automatically resigned from his or her position. In such cases, the employee will receive advance notification of the District’s intent to implement an automatic resignation.
