Warehouse Evening Shift. 1. The MOA may establish an evening shift in the Warehouse. This position shall be staffed by a regular Assistant Warehouseman for a period not to exceed six (6) months. The shift hours will be from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one-half (1/2) hour lunch taken as part of the eight (8) hours shift so as not to interfere with the efficient operations of the warehouse. Should the position be assigned to a current Assistant Warehouseman, they shall be returned to 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift status whenever the Utility deems the evening shift no longer necessary. Employees working the Warehouse evening shift shall receive a ten percent (10%) shift differential for all hours worked.

Warehouse Evening Shift. 8.2.3.18.1 The Employer may establish an evening shift in the Warehouse. This position will perform such work as pulling and staging material for work sketches, periodic inventories, inventory and return to stock materials returned from completed jobs and handle retirement materials.

  • Emergency Escalation Escalation is strictly for purposes of notifying and investigating possible or potential issues in relation to monitored services. The initiation of any escalation and the subsequent cooperative investigations do not in themselves imply that a monitored service has failed its performance requirements. Escalations shall be carried out between ICANN and Registry Operators, Registrars and Registry Operator, and Registrars and ICANN. Registry Operators and ICANN must provide said emergency operations departments. Current contacts must be maintained between ICANN and Registry Operators and published to Registrars, where relevant to their role in escalations, prior to any processing of an Emergency Escalation by all related parties, and kept current at all times.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the following February.
