Water Shortage Sample Clauses

The Water Shortage clause defines the rights and obligations of the parties in the event that there is an insufficient supply of water necessary for the performance of the contract. Typically, this clause outlines procedures for notifying the other party, possible adjustments to timelines or deliverables, and may specify alternative sources or methods for obtaining water if shortages occur. Its core practical function is to allocate risk and provide a clear process for managing disruptions caused by water scarcity, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring project continuity.
