Weighing Standards and Procedures. Fulcrum shall maintain and operate at the Delivery Point, in accordance with Law, a motor vehicle scale certified by the State of Nevada for the purpose of determining the Tonnage of Feedstock delivered by Supplier at the Delivery Point. Fulcrum shall weigh and record inbound weights of all of Supplier’s delivery vehicles when the vehicles arrive at the Delivery Point and shall again weigh and record the weights of such vehicles after such vehicles have deposited the Feedstock at the Delivery Point. Fulcrum shall test and calibrate all scales in accordance with Law, but at least every twelve (12)
Weighing Standards and Procedures. WCC shall allow Fulcrum to have access to a motor vehicle scale at WCC’s Site (and, if applicable, at the Xxxxxx Facility), which is certified by the State of California and maintained and operated in accordance with applicable Laws, for the purpose of determining the Tonnage of Feedstock delivered by WCC to Fulcrum at the Delivery Point. WCC shall allow Fulcrum to weigh and record inbound weights of all of Fulcrum’s delivery vehicles when the vehicles arrive at the Delivery Point and shall again weigh and record the weights of such vehicles after such vehicles have loaded the Feedstock at the Delivery Point.
Weighing Standards and Procedures. Contractor will use the scale house(s) to weigh vehicles and charge Organic Materials Rates. Contractor will charge the SCWMA based on the Tonnage of SCWMA’s Transfer Company or Collections Company(ies) deliveries to the Organic Materials Processing Facility and the Rate as set in Exhibit A and adjusted under the terms of this Agreement. Contractor or scale operator will weigh and record inbound weights of all Transfer Company’s or Collections Company(ies)’s vehicles when the vehicles arrive at the Organic Materials Processing Facility and weigh and record outbound weights of vehicles for which Contractor or scale operator does not maintain tare weight information. Contractor or scale operator will provide each driver a receipt showing the date, time, and quantity of SCWMA’s Plants and Organic Materials that the vehicle delivered to the Organic Materials Processing Facility.
Weighing Standards and Procedures. Contractor will use the Composting Facility entry scale house(s) to weigh vehicles and charge Processing Rates. Contractor will charge SBWMA the Processing Rates based on the Tonnage of SBWMA’s Transfer Company deliveries to the Composting Facility. Contractor will weigh and record inbound weights of all Transfer Company’s vehicles when the vehicles arrive at the Compost Facility and weigh and record outbound weights of vehicles for which Contractor does not maintain tare weight information. Contractor will provide each driver a receipt showing the date, time, and quantity of SBWMA’s Organic Materials that the vehicle delivered to the Compost Facility.
Weighing Standards and Procedures. The scale house(s) at the 426 Disposal Facility’s entrance shall serve as the location for weighing vehicles and 427 charging Disposal fees as provided herein. All weighing shall be conducted by 428 CONTRACTOR or its agents by a licensed weighmaster. CONTRACTOR scale house 429 personnel shall be responsible for inspecting the Collected Material delivered to the 430 Disposal Facility. The Collection Contractor vehicles shall be charged Disposal fees 431 based on the Tonnage of Collected Material accepted by the Disposal Facility and the 432 applicable disposal rates as set forth in Exhibit 1 which is attached to and included in this 433 Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall weigh and record inbound weights of all Collection 434 Contractor vehicles when the vehicles arrive at the Disposal Facility. In addition, 435 CONTRACTOR shall weigh and record outbound weights of such vehicles for which 436 CONTRACTOR does not maintain tare weight information. CONTRACTOR shall 437 provide each driver with a receipt showing the date, time, and quantity and type of 438 Collected Material delivered to the Disposal Facility and the Disposal fee charged for 439 such material. The scale house computer system shall compile information into various 440 reports which typically include for each transaction, documentation of the Disposal fee 441 charged, weight of vehicle, vehicle identification number, customer account, material 442 type, route number, vehicle type, and origin of Collected Material.
Weighing Standards and Procedures. At the Approved Facilities, Contractor shall weigh and 2204 record inbound weights of all vehicles Delivering Franchised Materials, when the vehicles arrive 2205 at the Approved Facility and weigh and record outbound weights of vehicles for which 2206 Contractor does not maintain tare weight information. Furthermore, Contractor shall weigh and 2207 record outbound weights of all Transfer Vehicles Transporting Franchised Materials from the 2208 Approved Transfer Station to the Approved Processing Facilities, Approved Disposal Facility, or 2209 Designated Anaerobic Digestion Facility. Contractor shall provide each driver a receipt showing 2210 the date, time, and quantity of materials that the vehicle Delivered to the respective Approved 2211 Facility or Designated Facility.
Weighing Standards and Procedures. At the Approved Facilities, Facility operator shall weigh and record inbound weights of all vehicles delivering Discarded Materials when the vehicles arrive at the Facility. In addition, Facility operator shall weigh and record outbound weights of vehicles for which Facility operator does not maintain tare weight information. Furthermore, Facility operator shall weigh and record outbound weights of all Transfer vehicles Transporting Discarded Materials from a Transfer Facility to another Approved Facility(ies) for Processing or Disposal.
Weighing Standards and Procedures. Contractor will use the Landfill’s entry scale(s) located at 602 the scale house to weigh vehicles and charge Disposal Rates. Contractor scale house personnel 603 will be responsible for inspecting the Solid Waste delivered to the Landfill. Contractor will charge 604 the Authority the Disposal Rates based on the Tonnage of Authority’s Solid Waste delivered by 605 the Transfer Company to the Landfill. Contractor will weigh and record inbound weights of all 11 May 2019 SBWMA/BFI Disposal Services Agreement 606 Transfer Company’s vehicles when the vehicles arrive at the Landfill and weigh and record 607 outbound weights of vehicles for which Contractor does not maintain tare weight information. 608 Contractor will provide each driver a receipt showing the date, time, and quantity of Authority’s 609 Solid Waste that the vehicle delivered to the Landfill and the Disposal Rate charged therefore.
Weighing Standards and Procedures. Contractor shall weigh and record inbound weights of all vehicles Delivering Acceptable Materials to the Approved Processing Facilities, when the vehicles arrive at the Approved Processing Facilities and weigh and record outbound weights of vehicles for which Contractor does not maintain tare weight information. Contractor shall provide each driver a receipt showing the date, time, and quantity of Acceptable Materials that the vehicle Delivered to the Approved Facility. Contractor shall also weigh and record inbound weights for vehicles Transporting Recovered Materials to Market and Residue to the Approved Disposal Facility.
Weighing Standards and Procedures. 733 Contractor shall weigh and record inbound weights of all vehicles delivering materials to the Approved 734 Processing Facilities and Landfill when the vehicles arrive and weigh and record outbound weights of 735 vehicles for which Contractor does not maintain tare weight information. Contractor shall provide each 736 driver a receipt showing the date, time, origin, quantity (i.e. tons or yards), and material type that the 737 vehicle delivered to the Approved Processing Facility or Landfill.
