WHEN YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Mailed payments received at the billing address on your Statement by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on any business day will be credited to the Account on that day. Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays are considered non-business days. Please include the payment coupon from the bottom of the statement with your check. Payments made at a Stonegate Bank branch during normal business hours will be credited on that day. Otherwise, we will credit the payment on the next business day. If a payment is made at any location other than the address on the Statement or a Bank branch we may delay crediting that payment. Subject to any limitations of applicable law, we reserve the right to select the method by which payments and credits are allocated to the Account in our sole discretion. If you write any special conditions on your payment, such as “paid in full,” “without recourse,” or similar language, we may accept a payment marked with special conditions and not agree to those conditions, and will not lose any of our rights under this Agreement. All written communications concerning disputed amounts, including any check or other payment instrument that indicates that the payment constitutes “payment in full” of the amount owed or that is tendered with other conditions or limitations or as full satisfaction of a disputed amount, must be mailed or delivered to Stonegate Bank Card Services, X.X. Xxx 00000, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000.

  • Debiting your account 1.1 By signing a Direct Debit Request or by providing us with a valid instruction, you have authorised us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account.   • Others Using Your Account If you allow anyone else to use your account, you will be liable for all credit extended to such persons. If someone else is authorized to use your account and you want to end that person's privilege, you must notify us in writing, and if he or she has a Card, you must return that Card with your written notice for it to be effective.
