While it is recognized that whenever possible there shall be adequate consultation with the Member and the Department/School as to the assignment of teaching duties, once such teaching duties have been assigned in a fair and equitable manner by the Xxxx, it is the responsibility of the Member to teach the assigned courses to students registered in them at the time and place designated by the Xxxx in a manner which reflects the area of the content of the course approved by the Department/School consistent with the University calendar.   • Sick Leave While on Vacation An employee who while on vacation is incapacitated for one (1) or more days due to personal illness or injury may charge such days to accrued sick leave. In such event, the employee promptly shall notify his department, and upon return to duty shall substantiate the need for, and use of, sick leave.

Said ticket shall not be honored at basketball tournaments and special events. Said ticket shall be honored for employee, spouse, and children who have not yet graduated from high school. The Board of Education will have an expectation that those teachers in attendance at school functions will assume a reasonable amount of general supervision as needed.

  • Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion.   • Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.
