Will Call. If you have chosen Will Call, we will not deliver propane until you call and request delivery. You should call at least three (3) business days prior to the date you anticipate needing propane. If you call with less than three (3) business days’ notice, we may not be able to meet your schedule. We may also impose additional delivery charges (as set forth on the Current Charges List at the end of this Agreement), and you may incur additional costs associated with retesting your system. We suggest that you call us when your tank reaches thirty percent (30%) capacity.

Will Call. Will-call trips are not held to the standards listed above. Clients choosing will-call services shall be directly notified by the Contractor of the possibility of significantly longer wait times. Will-call trips, being immediate in nature, may result in the availability of fewer resources.
Will Call a program whereby Case IH, in its sole discretion, may permit Dealer to take delivery and possession of Products directly from a Will Call Provider or Case IH, in lieu of such Products being transported to Dealer at Dealer Location(s). The procedures for the Will Call program will be as set forth in the DOG.

Will Call. Contractor will monitor the supply of propane in the tank at your location via a monitoring device on the tank, and Contractor will notify Owner via phone or email to inquire on service needs when the tank is +/- 30% full, as indicated on the auto-monitor. Owner agrees and understands that Contractor will not schedule a fill until Owner responds to communication from Contractor. Owner also agrees that it will be responsible for any fees, costs, or expenses arising from running out of fuel or restarting the fuel system. This Monitor/Will Call option will incur an additional monthly fee of $8.00 ($84.00 annual fee) to pay for the monitor service. This Monitor/Will Call option is a one (1) year contract, wherein Contractor will notify Owner to inquire on service, but there is no lock-and-key on the system and there is no requirement to exclusively purchase the propane fuel from Contractor.

Will Call. Grundfos will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver product as requested by the customer and thus will accept requests to use customer carriers. Grundfos accepts no liability for damaged goods with these carriers and expects the requested carrier to pick up within 48 hours of notifying the customer / carrier for pickup. If goods are not picked up in 48 hours Grundfos reserves the right to select another carrier and charge freight on the invoice.

If you call with less than thirty percent (30%) in the propane tank, we may not be able to meet your schedule. We may also impose additional delivery charges (as set forth on the Current Charges), and you may incur additional costs associated with retesting your system.

You should call no less than 5 business days prior to the date you anticipate needing Propane. We suggest calling when your tank is at 20%-30%. Should you run out you may incur additional delivery charges set by us at our discretion.
