Service Mode. 1.3.1 Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, both Parties may, directly or through their respective affiliates, enter into further technical service agreements or consulting service agreements, which shall specify the specific contents, manner, personnel, and fees for the specific technical services and consulting services to be provided by Party A.
1.3.2 To fulfill this Agreement, Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, both Parties may, directly or through their respective affiliates, enter into intellectual property (including, but not limited to, software, trademark, patent and know-how) license agreements which shall permit Party B to, based on its business needs, use Party A’s relevant intellectual property rights at any time and from time to time.
1.3.3 To fulfill this Agreement, Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, both Parties may, directly or through their respective affiliates, enter into equipment or property leases which shall permit Party B to, based on its business needs, use Party A’s relevant equipment or property at any time and from time to time.
1.3.4 Party B hereby grants to Party A an irrevocable and exclusive option to purchase from Party B, at Party A’s sole discretion, any or all of the assets of Party B, to the extent permitted under PRC law, and at the lowest purchase price permitted by PRC law. Upon exercise of such option by Party A, The Parties shall enter into a separate asset transfer agreement, specifying the terms and conditions of the transfer of the assets.
Service Mode. 2.1 Party A shall advise Party B by hotline or electronic mail of its request for special laboratory services, including conditions of reaction, equipment specifications; types of reaction; days of reaction; reaction solvent and volume; pressure and temperature (in case of hydrogenation reaction); temperature and nature of solvent (in case of synthesis reaction). Party B shall decide on whether it is capable to provide the services requested by Party A based on such information, which decision shall be notified to Party A immediately if such request is made by Party A by hotline at 5137-0643, or within the day if by electronic mail at .
2.2 If Party A is advised of Party B’s availability to provide special laboratory services, it shall fill a Pressure Container Use Registration Form (Schedule 1) at Party B’s special laboratory. The timing of the reaction will be arranged by Party B.
2.3 Party A shall deliver the materials necessary for reaction and Pressure Container Use Registration Form duly signed by the person-in-charge of Party A to Party B at the reaction time identified in such Form. Subject to confirmation of the Form, Party B will provide reaction equipment to Party A for Party A’s input of reaction materials. Party B may decline to provide such services if the Form is not duly signed or is signed to refuse to pay.
Service Mode. Service Mode is where you configure all the options that the Galaxy 3 has to offer. To enter the Service Mode, press the Service Button on the IOB Card.
A. Machine Setup Menu. Language Setup: Used to set the display language on the machine. Time Settings Menu: Used to access current date and time, Happy Hour and Hours of Operation time settings. Service Mode. The method of transportation the Broker selects to use for the Department’s clients. ddd. Service Need - A client’s need for a particular mode of transportation determined through assessment of that client’s mental and physical capabilities. The client’s access to appropriate transportation through other sources, than this Contract, must be considered when determining need for services.

Article 2 The business agreed herein may be continuously expanded along with technological and business innovations. If, during the performance hereof, Party A and Party B plan to carry out business other than the business agreed herein (“New Business”), Party A and Party B may enter into a separate agreement on the new business or incorporate the new business into this Agreement by signing a supplementary agreement.
Article 3 Party A and Party B have agreed on the principles of content operation service of [leading telecommunication service provider] (Mobile Screen) [Selected Product Package of Fish Learning] business.
Article 4 Region of Cooperation: Party A and Party B shall cooperate within [China] upon mutual agreement.
Service Mode. Party B shall participate in the meetings held by Party A in connection with corporate development on a regular basis and provide constructive consulting advice and opinion.
Service Mode. 4.2.1. Conditions for dual-fuel engines and vehicles to operate in service mode When its engine is operating in service mode, a dual-fuel vehicle is subject to an operability restriction and is temporarily exempted from complying with the requirements related to exhaust emissions, OBD and NOx control described in this Regulation.
4.2.2. Operability restriction in service mode The operability restriction applicable to dual-fuel vehicles when they operate in service mode is the one activated by the "severe inducement system" specified in Annex 11. The operability restriction shall not be deactivated by either the activation or deactivation of the warning and inducement systems specified in Annex 11. The activation and the deactivation of the service mode shall not activate or deactivate the warning and inducement systems specified in Annex 11. Illustrations of the operability restriction requirements are given in Appendix 2.
4.2.2.1. Activation of the operability restriction The operability restriction shall be automatically activated when the service mode is activated.
Service Mode. 3.1 In accordance with different service items, the modes in which Party B provides services include telephone communication, SMS notification, on-site training, sharing the latest information in WeChat groups, and accompanying Party A to handle business at the place of third parties.
