Withdrawal of Access/Suspension of Service. The Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Service immediately, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion with or without notice to you.
Withdrawal of Access/Suspension of Service. NCFCU reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Services immediately, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, without notice, if the Credit Union believes Depositor and/or its Authorized users are in breach of this Agreement or are otherwise using or accessing the Services inconsistent with the terms and conditions hereof. Further, NCFCU or its subcontractor shall have the right to suspend the Service immediately in the event of an emergency or in the event of force majeure as set forth in the Service Agreement.

Further, the Credit Union or its subcontractor shall have the right to suspend the Service immediately in the event of an emergency. Account Statement Examination. Unless Member notifies the Credit Union of any errors to deposits made through the Service within 60 days after the applicable account statement is mailed or otherwise provided to Member, such statement regarding all deposits made through the Service shall be deemed to be correct. Processing of Mobile Deposit Items. Images of items transmitted by Member are not considered received by the Credit Union until Member has received an electronic confirmation of the receipt of the deposit from Credit Union. However, receipt of the confirmation from the Credit Union does not mean that the transmission was error free or complete. Review, approval and processing of mobile deposit items transmitted by the Member and received by the Credit Union or its subcontractors on a Business Day by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, shall be credited to the Member’s applicable account on the same Business Image Quality. Each image transmitted to us using the Services must be legible. In addition, image quality must comply with the requirements established from time to time by ANSI, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and other regulatory agencies, clearing houses or associations, as applicable. Endorsement Requirement. Prior to imaging any item through the Services, you are to endorse the back of the original item, using black or blue ink, with your signature and "Mobile Deposit only to TEGFCU account

The West Tennessee Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Services immediately, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, without notice, if The West Tennessee Credit Union believes Depositor and/or its Authorized users are in breach of this Agreement or are otherwise using or accessing the Services inconsistent with the terms and conditions hereof. Further, The West Tennessee Credit Union or its subcontractor shall have the right to suspend the Service immediately in the event of an emergency or in the event of force majeure as set forth in the Service Agreement.

Mutual Savings Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Service immediately, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without notice if Mutual Savings Credit Union believes Member is in breach of this Agreement or otherwise using or accessing the Service inconsistently with the terms and conditions hereof. Further, Mutual Savings Credit Union or its subcontractor shall have the right to suspend the Service immediately in the event of an emergency such as inclement weather or other conditions beyond our control.

Alabama Rural Electric Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Services immediately, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, without notice, if Alabama Rural Electric Credit Union believes Depositor and/or its Authorized users are in breach of this Agreement or are otherwise using or accessing the Services inconsistent with the terms and conditions hereof. Further, Alabama Rural Electric Credit Union or its subcontractor shall have the

Wanigas Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Service immediately, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without notice if Wanigas Credit Union believes Member is in breach of this Agreement or otherwise using or accessing the Service inconsistent with the terms and conditions hereof. Further, Wanigas Credit Union or its subcontractor shall have the right to suspend the Service immediately in the event of an emergency.

Community Alliance Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access to the Service immediately, in while or in part, at its sole discretion, without notice if Community Alliance Credit Union believed Member is in breach of this Agreement or otherwise using or accessing the Service inconsistent with the terms and conditions hereof. Further, Community Alliance Credit Union or its subcontractors shall have the right to suspend the Service immediately in the event of an emergency.
Withdrawal of Access/Suspension of Service. RWFCU reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Services, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, at any time with or without notice and with or without good cause. Further, RWFCU or its subcontractors reserve the right to suspend Service(s) at any time, in the event of an emergency or in the event of force majeure.
