Common use of Witness Pay Clause in Contracts

Witness Pay. A Registered Nurse subpoenaed as a witness in court as a result of her/his performance of duties as a Registered Nurse of the Hospital will be paid for time lost from work as a result of such subpoena.

Witness Pay. A Registered Nurse subpoenaed by the Hospital as a witness in court or subpoenaed as a witness in court as a result of herhis/his her performance of duties as a Registered Nurse of the Hospital will be paid for all time lost from work spent as a result of receiving such subpoena.

Witness Pay. A Registered Nurse subpoenaed by the Employer to appear as a witness in court as a result by reason of herhis/his her performance of duties as a Registered Nurse of for the Hospital Employer, will be paid for time lost from work spent in court, and will be reimbursed for reasonable transportation expenses incurred as a result of complying with such subpoena.
