(a) Employees who have not been able to maximize in their primary classification during the schedule selection, pursuant to Clause 15.10 - Yearly Schedule Selection, may select shifts after shift pick within another classification in which they have classification seniority in order pursuant to Clause 15.10 - Yearly Schedule Selection.
