Common use of Work of the Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Work of the Bargaining Unit. (The following clause will appear in all collective agreements replacing any provision related to Work of the Bargaining Unit that existed in the Hospital's expiring collective agreement:) 1. 00 Supervisors or Managers excluded from the bargaining unit shall not perform duties normally performed by members in the bargaining unit which shall directly cause or result in the layoff, loss of seniority or service or reduction in benefits to members in the bargaining unit.
