Common use of Work Organisation Clause in Contracts

Work Organisation. 36.1. Subject to the other terms of this agreement, the employer may direct an employee to carry out duties and use tools and equipment that are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training provided that such duties do not promote xx-xxxxxxxx.
