Work Ownership. Any copyrightable work or ideas developed in whole or in part in connection with the Manuscript and/or the editorial services of this Agreement shall remain the exclusive property of the Author.
Work Ownership. All Freight and passenger traffic hauled over ONTC lines shall be manned by ONTC crews governed by this agreement.
