WORK ROTATIONS. 5.8.1 Associates may be rostered to work within their usual rostered hours to work in another department of the Hotel or at another Mirvac location that is not the Associate’s primary place of employment. This will only be by Mutual Agreement and in situations where the Associate has the required levels of skills, knowledge and competency or where the rotation will assist in the Associate’s further skill development. 5.8.2 Where the Associate has the required levels of skills, knowledge and competency and the Associate is rostered to work in another department of the Hotel or at another Mirvac location that is not the Associate’s primary place of employment the Associate will be paid their Ordinary Rate of Pay. 5.8.3 Where an Associate is required to work in a role carrying a lower hourly rate of pay than the Associate’s Ordinary Rate of Pay the Associate will be paid at their Ordinary Rate of Pay. 5.8.4 Where an Associate requests to work in a role carrying a lower hourly rate of pay than the Associate’s Ordinary Rate of Pay the Associate will be paid at the lower rate of pay.

  • General specifications For the purpose of this Regulation, the vehicle shall fulfil the following requirements:

  • Rotation Where the Employer's designate and the Union's designate at the local level agree that shifts be rotated, the shifts shall be rotated on an equitable basis among the employees involved.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Workloads The parties agree to the following provisions relating to faculty members' workload. (a) The registration limits for all courses currently offered by the Employer in the academic, career and technology areas are 35 unless established by practice as lower, excepting multiple sections where the limit is the correct multiple of the number of sections involved. (b) The registration limits for English are as follows: (i) Writing and Composition Courses - 25 (ii) Writing Skills -17 (iii) Creative Writing - 22

  • Shiftwork (A) Where the Employee would have received shift loadings had the Employee not been on leave during the relevant period and such loadings would have entitled the Employee to a greater amount than a loading of 17.5% of the payment under clause 23.1(c), then the shift loadings must be added to the payment under clause 23.1(c)(i) instead of the 17.5% loading. (B) Provided further that if the shift allowance would have entitled the Employee to a lesser amount than the loading of 17.5% then such loading of 17.5% shall be used for the purpose of calculating annual leave loading in lieu of the shift allowance.

  • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Installations Any special carpentry, wiring, electrical or other work, gas, steam, water and drainage connection shall be installed at Exhibitor’s expense, and in accordance with the building and Management’s direction.

  • Work Orders If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.
