Rostered Hours. (i) A roster shall not require a member to work in excess of 40 hours per week, or an average of 40 hours per week over a roster period. (ii) The number of ordinary rostered hours to be worked by a member on any one day or shift shall be a minimum of 8 hours and up to a maximum of 12 hours. (iii) Subject to operational requirements, a member shall not be required to work more than 7 continuous shifts in any roster period or across adjoining roster periods.

Rostered Hours. The rostered hours of work may include reasonable overtime (Rostered Overtime Hours). The amount of overtime considered reasonable will give due consideration to the operational needs of the mine and the safety of Employees and others on the mine site consistent with the Callide Fitness for Duty Fatigue Procedure.
Rostered Hours. Employees required to participate in 7-day rosters will be required to work an average of 76 hours over any 14 day period or 152 hours over any 28 day period. A standard day is 7.6 hours. A minimum notice period of 2 weeks will be required for any substantial/major changes to roster patterns that may arise from operational needs, unless the affected employees and the relevant supervisor mutually agree on a lesser period.

Rostered Hours. The Specialised Delivery Service operation is diverse in terms of market segments, customers and delivery vehicles. Recognising this, the goals of Specialised Delivery Service, particularly safety, growth, profitability, market orientation and resource utilisation are more likely to be achieved by developing an optimal set of runs. A run is defined as a consistent workload planned in advance to a set of customers on a specific vehicle and day. A roster of team members will be maintained in advance to service the runs. Generally, each run will be designated as part of a five (5) day or four (4) day week,team members can expect to be rostered to either. Team members can elect to nominate their preferred market segment and run. However runs will be allocated in accordance with business need and the skills, competencies and experience of team members. In the case of runs which are part of a five (5) day week ( 9 hour worked days), team members will be rostered to work five days averaging 45 hours per week on an annual basis, exclusive of unpaid meal breaks. In the case of runs which are part of a four (4) day week, (11.25 hour worked days) team members will be rostered to work four days averaging 45 hours per week on an annual basis, exclusive of unpaid meal breaks. The Team Leader position is based on a roster with an average of 48 hours per week . The average number of hours worked by team members shall be monitored and adjusted in line with the companies Occupational Health and Safety obligations. SSP’s will comply with Road Transport Regulations with regard to worked hours and rest breaks. As such the unpaid meal break is the rest break when working a 9 worked hour day (5 day week) and also the 11.25 worked hour day (4 day week), in addition an SSP rostered a 4 day week will take an additional paid 30 minute rest break as required under the regulations. These are detailed in the Heavy Vehicle Drivers Handbook latest version. The actual number of hours worked on any one day will vary and will be determined by operational and customer requirements. Team members will be required to be available to work a reasonable number of additional hours on any day (Monday to Friday) which may be necessary to service the customers of absent team members, to complete jobs, to attend meetings or for training. Rostered Hours. (a) Part-time and Full-time Employees will be rostered to work their ordinary hours on up to 5 days in any week. (b) Part-time and Full-time Employees will generally be rostered to work their ordinary hours between Monday and Friday. (c) Part-time and Full-time Employees may be required to work ordinary hours on a Saturday as required by operational needs, including during a peak operating period.
Rostered Hours. Day hours shall be between 6.00am and 6.00pm. Shift hours shall be rostered as: • Afternoon shift finishes after 6.00pm and on or before 12 midnight. • Night shift finishes after 12 midnight and at or before 8.00am or commences prior to 6.00am. • Fixed night shift is determined as any shift system in which night shifts are worked which do not rotate or alternate so as to give the employee at least one third of their working time on day shift in each roster cycle. Additional hours can be worked on any shift by mutual agreement. Such additional hours worked shall attract the relevant shift penalty and will be included in the total hours worked for determination of Excess Hours at the completion of the 3 monthly cycle.
