Common use of WORK UNIFORMS Clause in Contracts

WORK UNIFORMS. The Board of Education will absorb the cost for rental and cleaning or purchase of uniforms, to consist of seven (7) shirts and seven (7) pants every other year, for each vehicle maintenance employee approved by the Business Administrator under direction of the Superintendent. Inclement weather gear including work boots shall be provided by the Board of Education for vehicle maintenance department employees. All employees of groups provided with uniforms, if they have been purchased or rented for them, are required to wear them on the job.
