WORKDAY LENGTH. All administrators will work at least an eight (8.0) hour work day for all regularly scheduled days. A lunch period of forty-five (45) minutes may be added to the eight hours.

WORKDAY LENGTH. The length of a workday shall be 7 hours and 45 minutes for a full-time certificated employee. This shall include a minimum of 250 duty free minutes a week for preparation time (based on a five day work week), and a minimum of thirty minutes duty free lunch each contract day. Duty free is defined as no direct teacher responsibility for supervision of a student(s). Arrival time shall generally be fifteen (15) minutes before classes begin or as otherwise directed by the respective building Principal.

  • Night Differential Employees whose weekly work schedules consist of regularly scheduled night tours shall receive a night differential of ten percent (10%) of their Adjusted Rate. Employees who work fewer than five (5) night tours in a calendar week shall be paid a differential equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the night differential for each scheduled tour so worked.
