Working in extreme temperatures. The Employer in participation with employees shall identify significant hazards and ensure appropriate controls are developed and implemented to prevent harm to employees operating in environments where temperature extremes exist. Employees shall be provided with appropriate protective clothing and equipment and amenities to ensure the effect on core body temperature are mitigated. Employees shall be carefully monitored to ensure they are not fatigued or physically harmed from heat stress while undertaking an activity where temperature extremes are identified. Employees shall not continue to work if their core body temperature exceeds 38 degrees in hot work environments / activities or conversely drops below 36 degrees Celsius in extreme cold environments.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility.
