WORKING OFF THE CLOCK. In regard to the matter of employees working off the clock, the Company does not condone practice and will co- operate fully with the Union in dealing with any specific cases which are brought to its attention.
WORKING OFF THE CLOCK. (a) Bargaining unit employees shall be paid for all time worked. The Employer agrees to advise any employee not claiming pay for all time worked that claiming such pay is a condition of employment.
WORKING OFF THE CLOCK. Employees may not work “off-the-clock.” This includes working prior to or after a shift or working on an unpaid basis during a lunch break. Employees must punch in and out for lunch except in emergency situations due to patient care. Employees who have their lunch breaks interrupted because of a patient care emergency are to report this to their supervisor as soon as possible so they may either be made whole economically or be given another uninterrupted lunch break.
WORKING OFF THE CLOCK. No employee shall be permitted to perform any duties unless the employee is on the clock. Supervisors shall forbid any employee to work off the clock.
WORKING OFF THE CLOCK. The Employer and the Union agree that working while not "clocked in" shall be a violation of this Agreement. If any employee is shown to be working off-the- clock, on the first offense, such employee shall be warned in writing of the offense, on the second offense such employee shall be suspended for three (3) workdays without pay. On the third offense, such employee shall be discharged.

  • Working Alone Agencies will develop practices and procedures to minimize as much as possible any situations where employees work alone in potentially hazardous areas and, in those cases where employees are required to work alone, Agencies will develop practices and procedures to minimize as much as possible any potential risk to the affected employees. A periodic check on the safety of employees who work alone in potentially hazardous areas will be made or a means of communication to the worksite base location will be provided to employees who work alone in potentially hazardous areas.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal.
