Working on a Statutory Holiday. In order to be paid for a Statutory Holiday worked, the majority of the employee's working hours must fall on the actual day of the Statutory Holiday. a) Full-time employees required to be on duty on any of the holidays described in Article 14.01 shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) their regular rate of pay, plus time off with pay equal to the regular hours worked, such time off to be scheduled within four (4) weeks before or after the week in which the holiday occurs. The employee shall have the Statutory Holiday off on a day mutually agreeable between the Employer and the employee subject to Article 13.05.
