Workload Activities. ‌‌‌ In accordance with the requirements of Ohio Revised Code §3345.45, the Board of Trustees has established a “Faculty Workload” policy (3356-10-20) consistent with standards developed by the Ohio Department of Higher Education. Workload distribution, allocation and administration will be handled exclusively through Board policy and Departmental governance documents. Any modification to these policies shall be at the sole discretion of the University in consultation with appropriate constituencies, including the Association, Administration, Chairs and Deans.
