Workload Management/Safety Issues. 3.10.1 The Employer is committed to providing a safe work environment for all employees. Should any employee believe that the work environment is not safe (including workload issues, practices, equipment etc.); they are to bring the matter to the attention of their Manager in the first instance. If the matter remains unresolved, the steps in Clause 2.1 Grievance and Dispute Settling Procedure are to be followed.
3.10.2 Workload issues arising from the placement of Allied Health students should be dealt with in accordance with Clause 3.8 in the first instance.
