Worksite Employee Sample Clauses

Worksite Employee. A Worksite Employee means a person on the PEO's payroll who receives amounts from the PEO for providing services to a CO pursuant to a service agreement between the PEO and the CO. For all purposes of this Plan, a Worksite Employee will be deemed to be the Employee of the CO for whom the Worksite Employee performs services, and not an Employee of the PEO.

Worksite Employee. The Municipality hereby agrees to engage the services of GOVTEMPS to provide, and GOVTEMPS hereby agrees to supply to the Municipality, the personnel fully identified on Exhibit A hereto, hereinafter the "Worksite Employee." Exhibit A to this Agreement shall further identify the employment position and/or assignment ("Assignment") the Worksite Employee shall fill at the Municipality and shall further identify the base compensation for each Worksite Employee, as of the effective date of this Agreement. Exhibit A may be amended from time to time by a replacement Exhibit A signed by both GOVTEMPS and the Municipality. GOVTEMPS shall have the sole authority to assign and/or remove the Worksite Employee, provided, however, that GOVTEMPS will comply with all reasonable requests of the Municipality to remove or reassign the Worksite Employee. The Parties hereto understand and acknowledge that the Worksite Employee shall be subject to the Municipality's day-to-day supervision. In the event that the Municipality is dissatisfied with the Workplace Employee and the Workplace Employee is removed, the Municipality may request GOVTEMPS to locate and assign a replacement Workplace Employee within an agreed-to period of time, subject to the Municipality’s approval, or the Municipality may terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 5.05.

  • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment. Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.

  • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.

  • Employee Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement shall not be transferable by Employee by assignment or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Company; provided, however, that if Employee shall die, all amounts then payable to Employee hereunder shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to Employee’s devisee, legatee, or other designee, or if there be no such designee, to Employee’s estate.
