WORKTIME FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM Eligibility to Participate. Employees must be within five (5) years of retirement • Employer must approve participation in the program • Participation must be approved by the Province of New Brunswick Pension’s Branch and Canada Revenue Agency • Employees must sign an irrevocable contract to retire within five (5) years of the start of participation in the program • Employee must work a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of normal work hours

  • Eligibility to Participate An employee eligible to participate in the State Employee Group Insurance Program, as described in Sections 2A and 2B, may participate in open enrollment. In addition, a person in the following categories may, as allowed in section 5D1 above, make certain changes: (1) a former employee or dependent on continuation coverage, as described in Section 2D, may change plans or add coverage for health and/or dental plans on the same basis as active employees; and (2) an early retiree, prior to becoming eligible for Medicare, may change health and/or dental plans as agreed to for active employees, but may not add dependent coverage.

  • Program Eligibility 1. All officers, regardless of assignment, will be eligible for the vehicle program subject to the limitations set forth below.

  • Eligibility to Work The Contractor must ascertain and validate that all proposed staff resources, including all employees, subcontractors and agents, (hereinafter “Contractor Staff Member”), are either U.S. citizens or non-U.S. citizens.

  • How to Participate 4.1. To qualify for the Campaign, participants must purchase a minimum of two (2) and up to a maximum of five (5) units of the Eligible Product(s) in a single invoice or receipt and submit their participation through the online application form, further details of which are set out in Clause 4.3.1. of these Terms And Conditions below (“Online Application Form”).

  • Client Eligibility Client eligibility and service referral are the responsibility of DDA under chapter 388- 823 WAC (Eligibility) and chapter 388-825 WAC (Service Rules). Only persons referred by DDA shall be eligible for direct Client services under this Program Agreement. It is DDA’s responsibility to determine and authorize the appropriate direct service(s) type. Direct Client services provided without authorization are not reimbursable under this Program Agreement.

  • Service Eligibility A bonus authorized by subsection (a) may be paid to a person or offi- cer only if the person or officer agrees under subsection (d)—

  • Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.
