How to Participate. 4.1. To qualify for the Campaign, participants must purchase a minimum of two (2) and up to a maximum of four (4) units of the Eligible Product(s) in a single invoice or receipt and submit their participation through the online application form, further details of which are set out in Clause 4.3.1. of these Terms and Conditions below (“Online Application Form”).
4.2. Participants must submit their entry with their particulars in the manner set out in clause 4.3.13.
4.2.1 For any submissions that are successful, participants will receive an SMS and/or email notification. For inquiries, please contact the Programme Centre, details of which are set out at Clause 4.3.3. below.
How to Participate. 4.1. To qualify for the Promotion, participants must purchase a minimum of:
(a) two (2) units of the Eligible MICHELIN Product(s) with a tyre size of 18” and above; OR
(b) four (4) units of the Eligible MICHELIN Product(s) with a tyre size of 17” and below; in a single invoice or receipt.
4.2. Upon confirmation of purchase, MICHELIN / TYREPLUS dealers will provide Gifts to participants in accordance with and subject to Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
4.3. The Promotion may not be used together with any other promotions, contests, offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
How to Participate. 4.1. To qualify for the Promotion, participants must purchase a minimum of two (2) units of the Eligible MICHELIN Product(s) in a single invoice or receipt, and the tyres must be fitted onto the car, which must be a vehicle registered in Malaysia, at the point of purchase.
4.2. Participants must submit their registration with their particulars in the manner set out in clause 4.4.
4.3. All costs incurred in submitting the Promotion entry shall be borne by the participant.
How to Participate. 2.1. In order to participate in FRVT, an Organization must provide the information requested in Section 5 of this Agreement identifying the Responsible Party and the Point of Contact. Organization must also print and sign this Agreement, attach business cards from each of the signing parties, and send it to the location designated in Section 5. Signatures of both the Responsible Party and the Point of Contact are required.
2.1.1. The Responsible Party is an individual with the authority to commit the organization to the terms in this Agreement.
2.1.2. The Point of Contact (POC) is an individual with detailed knowledge of the participating Submission.
2.1.3. In some cases, the Responsible Party and the POC may be the same person.
2.2. Upon receipt of the signed application by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the organization will be classified as a “Participant.” NIST must receive this signed application either before or with the algorithm prototypes. Algorithm prototypes (“Submissions”) shall be submitted as pre-compiled software libraries. They may be submitted anytime after February 17, 2017. The application shall be submitted either before or with the first Submission; subsequent Submissions do not require additional applications.
2.3. NIST intends to evaluate all Submissions from all Participants on a first come, first served basis.
2.4. Participant shall provide a submission (“Submission”), conforming to the specifications in the Concept, Evaluation Plan, and API (“Test Plan”) available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/programs-projects/face-recognition-vendor-test-frvt-ongoing A Submission shall include all executable code, validation results, configuration files, documentation, and all other files required by NIST and the Participant to validate and execute the tests specified in the Test Plan.
2.5. The Submission need not be used in a production system or be commercially available. However, the Submission must, at a minimum, be a stable implementation conforming to the Test Plan that NIST has published for FRVT.
2.6. The Submission must be encrypted and signed before transmission to NIST. Instructions for Submission can be found on the FRVT website. How to Participate. Eligible Participants may participate individually or as a team. Participants must register for the Hackathon by following the instructions listed on the registration page, adhering to the terms of this Agreement, including reading and accepting the Official Rules, as defined in Section 4, and submitting all information requested by the Hackathon Entitles. As applicable, you may register in your individual capacity or as a member of a team subject to the terms and condition of the Hackathon Amendment. If contractual or other obligations would prevent you from agreeing to the obligations, representations or warranties in this Agreement, your registration shall be void. You understand and agree that while you are not required to be a citizen of the United States to participate in the Hackathon, you must be a citizen of the United States to complete any follow-on work for the USDOD. Participation in the Hackathon by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.
How to Participate. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion You must:
(a) be a natural person;
(b) be over eighteen years of age or over the age of maturity in Your jurisdiction;
(c) be a resident of a Designated Country;
(d) open a new individual or joint trading account with FXCM, such account always being subject to FXCM’s Terms of Business, and which must be open and not subject to any dispute or default during the Promotion Period defined below (“Qualifying Account”);
(e) fund the account with a minimum deposit of 50 USD; and
