Workweeks and Pay Periods. Based on a review of its records to date, the Parties estimate there are 600 Class Members who worked a total of 70,000 Workweeks. Plaintiffs estimate there are 492 Aggrieved Employees who worked a total of 34,837 PAGA Pay Periods. Based on information currently available to Defendant, it agrees with these estimates.

Workweeks and Pay Periods. Based on a review of its records, Defendant estimates, as of the date of mediation on September 26, 2023, there are 360 Class Members who worked a total of 52,877 Workweeks, and 301 Aggrieved Employees who worked a total of 25,847 PAGA Pay Periods.

Related to Workweeks and Pay Periods

  • Pay Periods 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not provide for twice-monthly payments of annual salary, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

  • Meal Periods and Rest Periods (a) Regular hours of work shall include, as scheduled by the Employer, two (2) rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes during each shift of seven and three- quarter (7 3/4) hours and exclude an unpaid meal period of not less than thirty (30) minutes.

  • Compensation and Payment Terms A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment. Contractor agrees to accept the foregoing payments as full and complete payment for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of whether the cost of such services and related administrative expenses exceed such payments.
