Written Notice of Disciplinary Action. Upon the County’s completion of its investigation into the alleged misconduct of an employee, the County shall issue a written notice of its intent to take disciplinary action. This Notice shall be given to the employee personally, or if personal delivery is not practicable, then written notice shall be mailed to the employee at his/her last known address by certified mail, return receipt requested.
