Common use of Written Notice of Layoff Clause in Contracts

Written Notice of Layoff. When the elimination of a position will result in an 10 employee(s) being laid off, the County will provide written notice to the Guild Union and the affected 11 employee(s) at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff.

Written Notice of Layoff. When the elimination of a position will result in an 10 15 employee(s) being laid off, the County will provide written notice to the Guild Union and the affected 11 16 employee(s) at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff.
