Written Warning and Conference. Where the unsatisfactory performance or conduct giving rise to the oral warning has not been resolved, the employee and supervisor shall meet with the Associate Vice President of Human Resources to discuss the problem. The Association shall be notified and shall have a right to be present at the meeting. At said meeting, acceptable performance shall also be discussed. A written memorandum shall be prepared and given to the employee with copies to the supervisor and the Associate Vice President of Human Resources. All persons present shall sign said memorandum.
