Xxxxx Completion Report. Upon completion of all the Projects included in Exhibit A, the Grantee shall submit to the State a Grant Completion Report. The Grant Completion Report shall be submitted within ninety (90) calendar days of submitting the Completion Report for the final project to be completed under this Grant Agreement, as outlined in Exhibits A, and F. Retention for any grant administration line items in the Budget of this Grant Agreement will not be disbursed until the Grant Completion Report is approved by the State.

Xxxxx Completion Report. Upon completion of the Project included in Exhibit A, “Work Planthe Grantee shall submit to the State a Grant Completion Report. The Grant Completion Report shall be submitted as outlined in Exhibits A, “Work Plan”, and F, “Report Formats and Requirements”. Retention for the last component to be completed as part of this Grant Agreement will not be disbursed until the Grant Completion Report is submitted to be approved by the State.

The draft Grant Completion Report shall be submitted to the DWR Grant Manager for comment and review 90 days before the work completion date outlined on Page 1, Paragraph 2. The final Grant Completion Report shall address the DWR Grant Manager’s comments prior to the work completion date. The report shall be prepared and presented in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit F, “Report Formats and Requirements”. Retention for the project to be completed as part of this Grant Agreement will not be disbursed until the Grant Completion Report is submitted and approved by the State.

The Grant Completion Report shall include, in part, a description of actual work done, and changes or amendments to the Project, and a final schedule showing actual progress versus planned progress, copies of any final documents or reports generated or utilized during the Project. A DWR “Certification of Project Completion” form will be provided by the State.

DWR’s Grant Manager will review the Draft Grant Completion Report and provide comments and edits within 30-days of receipt, when possible. Prepare a Final Completion Report addressing the DWR Xxxxx Manager’s comments prior to the work completion date listed in Paragraph 2. The Grantee must obtain the DWR Xxxxx Manager’s approval of the report within 30-days after the work completion date.
