Final Completion Report. As soon as possible after the Project Completion Date, but in no event later than the Grant Closing Date, unless IFAD has agreed in writing to an extension, the Recipient shall submit to IFAD a Final Completion Report in satisfactory form, including both technical and financial information, i.e. the project completion report, the final certified SOE and the related Audit Opinion, following the formats provided at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx.

Final Completion Report. The Development Manager shall prepare and distribute to the Management Committee and each Participant a final completion report within a commercially reasonable period of time following termination of this Agreement, which shall include a complete cost report for Development Work.
Final Completion Report. If CCGJ and the City determine that the Artwork and the installation thereof is completed in accordance with this Agreement and Section 2.4.5.3, CCGJ will prepare a “Final Completion Report” to be executed by Artist and CCGJ and the City. Final Completion Report. If the Contract Administrator determines that the Artwork is complete, Contract Administrator will prepare a final completion report (the “Final Completion Report”) to be executed by both Parties. The Final Completion Report shall include, at a minimum, the location, a detailed description, and the value of the Artwork (including the Artist’s basis for the determination of value) and any information requested by County per Exhibit C (Cataloguing Form), and shall refer the Artwork to the Committee and the Council to authorize final payment upon completion of all Artist’s obligations under the Agreement [DELETE IF NOT APPLICABLE]. Contract Administrator will send the Final Completion Report to County’s Risk Management Division to enable that County to insure the Artwork.
Final Completion Report. Within ninety (90) days after Final Completion of the Project, Developer shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the County a report that shall set forth: (a) the total Project Costs incurred in connection with the design, construction, furnishing and equipping of the Facility through the date of such report, (b) all warranty items that are in the process of, or will be, corrected and the schedule for such corrections, and (c) the status of any Actions affecting Developer or the County and related to the Project. After delivery of such report, Developer shall continue to deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the County, an updated monthly final completion report until (i) no Project Costs are sought for payment from the Construction Trust Fund, (ii) all warranty items are corrected, and (iii) no Actions remain against either or both Parties arising out of or pertaining to this Agreement.
Final Completion Report. By August 1, 2017, the Discharger shall provide a certified statement of completion of the SEP (“Certification of Completion”). The Certification of Completion shall be submitted by a responsible official under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of California, to the Designated Regional Water Board Representative and the Division of Financial Assistance of the State Water Board. The Certification of Completion shall include the following: (a) Certification that the SEPs have been completed in accordance with the terms of this Stipulation and Order. Such documentation may include photographs, invoices, receipts, certifications, and other materials reasonably necessary for the Regional Water Board to evaluate the completion of three (3) SEPs and the costs incurred by the Discharger. (b) Certification documenting the expenditures by the Discharger during the implementation of three (3) SEPs in order to complete the SEPs. Expenditures may include, but are not limited to, payments to outside vendors or contractors implementing the SEPs. The Discharger shall provide a complete accounting of hours and costs incurred that is consistent with acceptable professional standards along with any additional information requested by the Regional Water Board staff that is reasonably necessary to verify SEP expenditures. (c) Certification that the Discharger followed all applicable environmental laws and regulations in the implementation of the SEPs including but not limited to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the federal Clean Water Act, and the Xxxxxx-Cologne Act.
