XXXXXX CHANGES. During performance of the order, Supplier shall not make any changes in the design of Items to be furnished by Supplier under the order without advance written notification to and written approval of NuCon. The above requirement applies whether or not there is a cost impact associated with the change and regardless of the type of change involved, including product improvements.

XXXXXX CHANGES. BUYER acknowledges materials used in the construction of the improvements are subject to availability and change. As a result, SELLER reserves the right to make the following modifications without prior written consent of BUYER:
XXXXXX CHANGES. City and Contractor acknowledge that during the term of this Agreement it may be necessary or desirable to add or delete City streets for which Contractor will provide street sweeping service. City will provide notification of changes to Contractor through the customer service system. Conditions which may cause the City Representative to order a street or an area to be bypassed temporarily include the following: 11.10.1 Construction or development on or along a street. 11.10.2 Pavement maintenance activities, including the chip seal program or the slurry seal program. 11.10.3 Inclement weather when running water is in the gutter or street such that sweeping is ineffective. 11.10.4 Special sweeping on alternative schedule. 11.10.5 Consistent non-compliance of citizens to remove parked cars during sweep days. 11.10.6 Other legitimate reasons that make sweeping impractical as determined by the City Representative.
XXXXXX CHANGES. XXXXXX may change the Specifications at any time upon -------------- sixty (60) days prior written notice to BUYER, provided the Specifications at all times shall be in compliance with the Product Registrations. Any changes to Specifications under this Section 4.3 shall be subject to BUYER's reasonable objections thereto, provided that any objections to such changes shall be delivered in writing to XXXXXX within fifteen (15) days of BUYER's receipt of notice of such changes.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Minor Changes Within Sale Area, minor adjustments may be made in boundaries of cutting units or in the timber individually Marked for cutting when ac- ceptable to Purchaser and Forest Service.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • Schedule Changes (a) If, in the course of a posted schedule, the Employer: (i) changes Employees’ scheduled days off without giving 14 days’ notice of the change, they shall be paid 2X their Basic Rate of Pay for all hours worked on what would otherwise have been their off-duty days. (ii) changes Employees’ scheduled Shift, but not their scheduled days off, without giving 14 days’ notice of the change, they shall be paid 2X their Basic Rate of Pay for all hours worked during the first Shift of the changed schedule. (b) Employees shall be notified of such changes in their schedule and such changes shall be recorded on the Shift schedule. (c) An Employee or the Employer may, during the course of a posted schedule, ask to amend scheduled Shifts. Such Employee requests shall be granted where operationally possible without additional cost. Where mutually agreed, the requirements for 14 days’ notice of change and the resultant penalty pay as described in Article 7.04(a) shall not apply. Employees or the Employer should make such requests as far in advance as possible in order to maximize the ability to accommodate the request. Any Shift changes made by mutual agreement shall not violate the scheduling provisions of this Article.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

  • Business Changes Change in any material respect the nature of the business of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries as conducted on the Effective Date.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee.
