Common use of Xxxxxx of Leaves Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx of Leaves. The district shall approve the duration of these leaves. Normally, a leave shall not immediately follow a five (5) year leave of absence. Normally, the School Board will grant one leave per teacher every five (5) years. Leave of absence without pay for two years will be considered for study or teaching in a foreign country.
