Early Retirement Incentive The Employer may offer to any faculty member or a faculty member may apply for one of the early retirement incentive alternatives described herein, provided the faculty member meets the following criteria. The Union shall be advised in writing of any offer of early retirement made to a faculty member.
Holiday Compensation 1. Those employees working a five-day per week schedule with Saturdays and Sundays as normal days off shall receive cash payment for eight (8) hours per holiday subject to the conditions of this article.
Employees Not Eligible for Holiday Compensation 366. Persons employed for holiday work only, or persons employed on a part-time work schedule which is less than twenty (20) hours in a bi-weekly pay period, or persons employed on an intermittent part-time work schedule (not regularly scheduled), or persons employed on as-needed, seasonal or project basis for less than six (6) months continuous service, or persons on leave without pay status immediately preceding or immediately following the legal holiday shall not receive holiday pay.
Full Compensation Subrecipient agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Subrecipient of all its duties and obligations hereunder.
Trustee Compensation The Trustees as such shall be entitled to reasonable compensation from the Trust. They may fix the amount of their compensation. Nothing herein shall in any way prevent the employment of any Trustee for advisory, management, administrative, legal, accounting, investment banking, underwriting, brokerage, or investment dealer or other services and the payment for the same by the Trust.
Benefits on Early Retirement The Hospital will provide equivalent coverage to all employees who retire early and have not yet reached age 65 and who are in receipt of the Hospital’s pension plan benefits on the same basis as is provided to active employees for semi-private, extended health care and dental benefits. The Hospital will contribute the same portion towards the billed premiums of these benefits plans as is currently contributed by the Hospital to the billed premiums of active employees.
Travel Compensation The Contractor shall not be compensated or reimbursed for travel time, travel expenses, meals, or lodging.
Extra Duty Compensation A. This schedule is based on time devoted by the unit member beyond the regular at-school duty hours. A unit member will not receive extra duty compensation for more than two assignments unless approved by the Board. HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 126. Employees required by their respective appointing officers to work on any of the above specified or substitute holidays, excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be paid extra compensation of one additional day's pay at time- and-one-half the usual rate in the amount of 12 hours pay for 8 hours worked or a proportionate amount for less than 8 hours worked provided, however, that at the employee's request and with the approval of the appointing officer, an employee may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid overtime as provided for elsewhere in this contract. 127. Executive, administrative and professional employees designated in the Annual Salary Ordinance with the "Z" symbol shall not receive extra compensation for holiday work but may be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of-one-and-one-half times for work on the holiday.
