Xxxxxxxx Station. The Schiller Station Thermal Plant is located east of the Newington Thermal Facility, on the southerly shore of the Piscataqua River in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. All of the #6 oil and coal for Schiller Station, all of the #6 oil for Newington Station, and ocean transported coal for Merrimack Station is received by ship or barge at the main dock at Schiller Station. The units have the capability of starting up and shutting down daily if needed, but as experienced in 1997, can also effectively serve in the base load role. Xxxxxxxx’x low cost of fuel and deep water docks make it an attractive site for generation. Completed in 1949, Schiller Station is PSNH’s third largest generating plant. The four generating units combine for a total output of 164.6 net MW. Units 4 and 5 were originally designed to burn coal, and did so for the first six months of their operation. Both were then converted to burn oil as the primary fuel. Now all three units can burn coal and/or oil as boiler fuel, making them adaptable to changing fuel markets. In addition to the steam units, Xxxxxxxx also has a separate combustion turbine (CT-1) capable of producing 18 net MW. CT-1 is a jet engine capable of burning either A V Jet Kero II or natural gas.
Xxxxxxxx Station. Lateral fiber line to be installed into the WB station security room located at the Pedestrian Bridge. Additional lateral line to be installed from WB security room to the new EB control cabinet.
Xxxxxxxx Station. ESD #7 shall maintain and repair, as necessary, the ESD #7 Xxxxxxxx Station’s roof, foundation, parking, grounds, common areas, the structural soundness of the exterior walls, building exterior, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC system and all amenities within the ESD #7 Xxxxxxxx Station. The County shall be responsible for keeping the areas that are solely used by it in a clean and neat condition. The County and ESD #7 shall work in cooperation with one another in keeping the commonly used areas clean and neat.
Xxxxxxxx Station. If any of the equipment or machinery necessary or useful for the provision of any of the above services breaks down or for any cause ceases to function properly, ESD #7 shall use reasonable diligence to repair the same promptly. The Parties acknowledge that utility costs incurred due to County’s use of the ESD #7 Xxxxxxxx Station will be paid by ESD #7.
Xxxxxxxx Station. Gatherer will design, construct, own, operate and maintain a facility located at the terminus of the Gatherer’s Gathering System at or near the Valero Piper Station in Xxxxxxxx County, Texas (“Lipscomb Station”), consisting of inlet meters (measuring all Crude Oil delivered to Valero Pipeline at the Valero Piper Station from the Gathering System), a minimum of two automated truck loading and unloading facilities with LACT measurement units, a minimum of 3,000 BPD of Crude Oil tank storage, vapor recovery equipment, and subject to the Parties mutually agreeing to a fee, a crude oil heater to be utilized as necessary in the event Crude Oil is delivered that does not meet the specifications herein.
