Xxxxxxxxx to Advisory Arbitration Grievances. 1. If a grievance is not resolved under Step Two (a), (e) or (g), a request for advisory arbitration may be presented in writing to the Library Director within seven (7) calendar days from the date a decision was rendered at Step Two. As soon as practicable thereafter or as otheiwise agreed to by the parties, an arbitrator shall hear the grievance.
