YARD CARE Sample Clauses

YARD CARE. AGENT will provide yard care services for additional cost. Yard care is considered to include but is not limited to weeding of planters, trimming of grass, edging of grass and planters, pruning and trimming of all shrubs and trees, leaf clean up, sand sweeping, mulching, application of weed control and fertilizer on grass, setting of any automatic timers for irrigation/sprinkler system, or the removal of garbage, debris, and animal feces. If OWNER has someone OWNER must indicate in writing who is to care for the yard, whether it is the TENANT, an independent contractor, or the OWNER themselves. AGENT agrees to inspect the exterior yard during its random property surveys and notify either the tenant or the independent contractor of deficiencies. If OWNER indicates that the yard care is be performed by the TENANTS, either the OWNER or independent contractor assumes responsible for yard care between tenancy.

AGENT agrees to inspect the exterior yard during its property surveys and notify either the tenant or the independent contractor of deficiencies, however, at no time is AGENT responsible for the care of the yard.

If Owner designates that Tenants will be responsible for yard care, the Owner or independent contractor assumes responsibility for yard care between tenancies.
YARD CARE. Lessee agrees, during the term of this lease, to keep and maintain the yard and lawn on the premises of this lease. Provided, however, the Lessee shall not be responsible for the loss of plants, shrubs, or lawn so long as such loss is not caused by any intentional conduct on the part of the Lessee, members of their family, or others using or upon said premises at their invitation. YARD CARE. You agree to maintain the yard, including watering and regular mowing weeding, and trimming, to maintain the landscape in condition as received. Failure to do so, may, upon notification, result in assigning a commercial yard service, payable by the occupants. Notice of Defects. If you notice any defects in the unit which are not your duty to correct, you must tell us promptly. Any damage caused by your failure to report any defect is your responsibility.

YARD CARE. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to keep the yard in clean condition at all times and free from any debris and litter. Should the Tenant not keep the yard in clean condition, Tenant will be given 2 days notice to either clean the yard or have the Landlord clean it at Tenant’s expense. This expense becomes immediately payable as additional rent.

Lessees to spray lawn as necessary to protect it from bugs and pests. If lessees do not maintain yard in a condition satisfactory to owner, an owner-approved yard care service shall be employed and lessees shall bear all related expenses.
