Year of Service match. The Employer will make a Matching Contribution as a uniform percentage of Eligible Contributions to all Participants based on Years of Service with the Employer. If discretionary Match is elected, the discretionary Matching Contribution will be allocated as a uniform percentage of Eligible Contributions within each Year of Service level.

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]

  • Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

The Advisory Committee will make this allocation as of the last day of each Plan Year unless, in Adoption Agreement Section 3.04, the Employer elects more frequent allocation dates for salary reduction contributions.
