Your Credit Card key features 4.1 Credit Limit Your Credit Limit is £[***Credit Limit***]. Subject to You giving Us Your consent, We may vary the Credit Limit to such sum as We may from time to time determine is reasonable and affordable under this agreement. We will give You at least 30 days’ notice of any proposal to increase Your Credit Limit. If You want Us to reduce Your Credit Limit, please contact Customer Services. 4.2 Repayment a) On or by the Payment Date specified in the Statement of Account You must pay at least the Minimum Repayment plus any fees or charges incurred in the last Monthly Statement Period (excluding the Annual Fee). b) Your repayments shall be made to a bank account held by AFL. On receipt of Your repayment, AFL will issue e-money in the sum of the amount of Your repayment. Those funds will then be repaid to Us to reduce the Balance Outstanding on Your Account. This means Your Account will temporarily show a positive balance and Your Statement of Account will include two entries in respect of any repayments You make as follows: • the receipt of Your repayment by AFL, resulting in the issuance by AFL of e-money (and a positive balance on Your Account); and • the corresponding debit via the payment of the e-money funds to APS in (part or whole) settlement of the Balance Outstanding which You owe to Us under this agreement. c) Where You pay less than the Balance Outstanding or make further drawings against the Credit Limit then repayment of the remaining Balance Outstanding will be deferred to the Subsequent Payment Date. You will continue to make the repayments in (a) above each month and may defer repayment of the remainder of the Balance Outstanding for the duration of this agreement to Subsequent Payment Dates. You can also make additional repayments on any Payment Dates or at any time to reduce the Balance Outstanding. d) If You fail to pay at least the Minimum Repayment on or by the Payment Date, You consent to and expressly authorise Us to make one attempt to debit the amount of the Minimum Repayment from Your registered debit card on the first business day after the Payment Date. e) We will make available to You via the online servicing site an electronic monthly Statement of Account showing the amount of the Minimum Repayment, the Balance Outstanding, any Available Credit and the next Payment Date. f) Minimum Repayment: The higher of 5% of the Balance Outstanding, £10 or, if the Balance Outstanding is less than £10, the amount of the Balanc...

Your Credit Card. 2.1. If you hold a payment account opened with Revolut Bank UAB (the “Payment Account”) and you signed this Credit Limit Agreement you’ll be able to order a credit card. You can order either a virtual or physical credit card (or even both!) via the Revolut App. 2.2. You may start using your credit card after we grant a credit limit to you as set out in this Credit Limit Agreement. 2.3. You can make payments and withdraw cash using your credit card and make transfers from your credit card account (together, “Card Spending”). 2.4. Card Spending will be funded from the credit limit. We will record your Card Spending against your “Credit Card Account” and you will be able to see your used credit limit that must be repaid according to the terms and conditions of this Credit Limit Agreement. 2.5. Your Credit Card Account is a separate account to your Payment Account. You can still use your other Revolut cards when you order a credit card, however, you can only use them to spend the funds in your Payment Account. In case you use your credit card to make payments or you make transfers or withdraw cash from your Credit Card Account, this will be funded from your credit limit granted under this Credit Limit Agreement). 2.6. We may temporarily or permanently disable a credit card you have ordered if the credit card expires, the credit card is lost, if the credit limit is not available to you (e.g. is terminated or your Credit Limit Agreement has expired) or in other instances set out in the Personal Terms. If we do so, we will give you notice in the Revolut app. 2.7. You may temporarily or permanently disable a credit card you have ordered at any time in the Revolut App. 2.8. If you choose to switch from “Standard” plan to another, we may charge fees for any credit card that we issue. Our fees are set out in the Fees page. 2.9. We will automatically renew your credit card, and send you a replacement, every 5 years unless you give us notice to end it before the automatic renewal.

  • Credit Card Agreements Each Borrower and Guarantor shall (a) observe and perform all material terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of the Credit Card Agreements to be observed and performed by it at the times set forth therein; (b) not do, permit, suffer or refrain from doing anything, as a result of which there could be a default under or breach of any of the terms of any of the Credit Card Agreements and at all times maintain in full force and effect the Credit Card Agreements and not terminate, cancel, surrender, modify, amend, waive or release any of the Credit Card Agreements, or consent to or permit to occur any of the foregoing; except, that, any Borrower or Guarantor may terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements in the ordinary course of the business of such Borrower or Guarantor; provided, that, such Borrower or Guarantor shall give Agent not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of its intention to so terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements; (c) not enter into any new Credit Card Agreements with any new Credit Card Issuer unless Agent shall have received not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of the intention of such Borrower or Guarantor to enter into such agreement (together with such other information with respect thereto as Agent may request) and such Borrower or Guarantor delivers, or causes to be delivered to Agent, a Credit Card Acknowledgment in favor of Agent; (d) give Agent immediate written notice of any Credit Card Agreement entered into by such Borrower or Guarantor after the date hereof, together with a true, correct and complete copy thereof and such other information with respect thereto as Agent may reasonably request; (e) furnish to Agent, promptly upon the request of Agent, such information and evidence as Agent may require from time to time concerning the observance, performance and compliance by such Borrower or Guarantor or the other party or parties thereto with the terms, covenants or provisions of the Credit Card Agreements; and (f) not modify any instructions given by Agent to any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor provided for in any Credit Card Acknowledgement or otherwise direct the remittance of payments under any Credit Card Agreement to any account other than the Blocked Account.

  • Agreement with Respect to Credit Card Business The Assuming Bank agrees to honor and perform, from and after Bank Closing, all duties and obligations with respect to the Failed Bank's credit card business, and/or processing related to credit cards, if any, and assumes all outstanding extensions of credit with respect thereto.

  • Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. To use this right, all of the following must be true:

  • Branches of U.S. Banks (a) Except as otherwise set forth in this Contract, the provisions hereof shall not apply where the custody of the Portfolios assets are maintained in a foreign branch of a banking institution which is a "bank" as defined by Section 2(a)(5) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 meeting the qualification set forth in Section 26(a) of said Act. The appointment of any such branch as a sub-custodian shall be governed by paragraph 1 of this Contract. (b) Cash held for each Portfolio of the Fund in the United Kingdom shall be maintained in an interest bearing account established for the Fund with the Custodian's London branch, which account shall be subject to the direction of the Custodian, State Street London Ltd. or both.

  • Visa Debit Card If approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft account. For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

  • Special Rule for Credit Card Purchases If you have a problem with the quality of property or services that you purchased with a credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the property or services. There are two limitations on this right:

  • Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.

  • Credit Checks 9.1 The Reseller agrees that: (a) When the Reseller applies to Voip-Unlimited to open an account, Voip-Unlimited may check the following records about the Reseller and its business partners: (i) Voip-Unlimited’s own; (ii) Personal and business records at credit reference agencies (CRAs). When CRAs receive a search from Voip-Unlimited they will place a search footprint on the Reseller’s business credit file that may be seen by other parties including lenders. They supply to Voip-Unlimited both public (including the electoral register) and shared credit and fraud prevention information; and (iii) those at fraud prevention agencies (FPAs); (b) For directors, Voip-Unlimited may seek confirmation, from credit reference agencies, that the residential address provide is the same as that shown on the restricted register of directors' usual addresses at Companies House; (c) Voip-Unlimited may make checks such as assessing the Reseller’s application and verifying identities to prevent and detect crime and money laundering. Voip-Unlimited may also make periodic searches at CRAs and FPAs to manage the Reseller’s account with it; (d) Information on applications will be sent to CRAs and will be recorded by them. Including information on the Reseller’s business and its proprietors and CRAs may create a record of the name and address of the Reseller’s business and its proprietors if there is not one already. Where the Reseller borrows from us, we will give details of the Reseller’s accounts and how the Reseller manages it/them to CRAs; (e) If the Reseller borrows and does not repay in full and on time, CRAs will record the outstanding debt. This information may be supplied to other organisations by CRAs and FPAs to perform similar checks and to trace the Reseller’s whereabouts and recover debts that the Reseller owes. Records remain on file for 6 years after they are closed, whether settled by the Reseller or defaulted; (f) If the Reseller gives Voip-Unlimited false or inaccurate information and Voip-Unlimited suspect or identifies fraud Voip-Unlimited will record this and may also pass this information to FPAs and other organisations involved in crime and fraud prevention; (g) If the Reseller has borrowed from Voip-Unlimited and does not make payments that it owes Voip- Unlimited, Voip-Unlimited may trace the Reseller’s whereabouts and recover debts; (h) Voip-Unlimited and other organisations may access and use from other countries the information recorded by fraud prevention agencies; and (i) The Reseller’s data may also be used for other purposes for which the Reseller gives specific permission or, in very limited circumstances, when required by law or where permitted under the terms of the Data Protection Xxx 0000.
