ZERO Committee Process. Tenant shall review SFO’s sustainability goals and guidelines. Tenant shall submit to ZERO Committee (and/or ZERO Tenant Subcommittee) for its approval, an Intake Form found on the ZERO Committee website, a narrative describing how Xxxxxx’s design and operations will meet these goals and guidelines. The drawing review should take place after the Design Review.   • Committee Procedures The following procedures shall apply to the Management Committee:

  • Special Education Committee The parties agree to establish a committee comprised of representatives from ETFO, the Ministry of Education and school board leadership in the area of special education. Additional representatives may be invited as resources to the committee as needed. The committee will discuss current issues as identified by the parties related to supporting students with special education needs. The committee shall meet regularly commencing no later than November 30, 2015 and recommendations will be made to the Minister of Education by April 30, 2016. Terms of reference will be jointly developed to inform the scope of discussions and recommendations.   • Committee Mandate The mandate of the Redeployment Committee is to:

  • Committee Composition The Redeployment Committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of representatives of the Hospital and of the Union. The number of representatives will be determined locally. Where for the purposes of HTAP (the Ontario Hospital Training and Adjustment Panel) there is another hospital-wide staffing and redeployment committee created or in existence, Union members of the Redeployment Committee shall serve on any such hospital-wide staffing committee established with the same or similar terms of reference, and the number of Union members on such committee will be proportionate to the number of its bargaining unit members at the particular Hospital in relation to other staff groups. Meetings of the Redeployment Committee shall be held during normal working hours. Time spent attending such meetings shall be deemed to be work time for which the representative(s) shall be paid by the Hospital at his or her regular or premium rate as may be applicable. Each party shall appoint a co-chair for the Redeployment Committee. Co-chairs shall chair alternative meetings of the Committee and will be jointly responsible for establishing the agenda of the Committee meetings, preparing minutes and writing such correspondence as the Committee may direct.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Committee Work All time spent by employees on Employer established committees and committees mentioned in this contract (including side letters) shall be considered time worked and shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay. Time spent on committee work will not be counted towards the calculation of overtime.

  • COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.

  • JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE In order to encourage open communication, promote harmonious labor relations, and resolve matters of mutual concern, the parties agree to create a joint labor- management committee. The committee will be governed by the following principles:
